You are not alone on this journey.
Navigating special education services can be confusing, frustrating, and down right defeating.
Meghan works with parents all over the country, giving them the confidence to work with the school system and advocate for their children.
Supporting Parents throughout the IEP Process
When you book a consultation and send me your child's IEP, I consider myself a part of your team - and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
As a parent and former teacher, I've sat on both sides of the IEP table. I know how frustrating and intimidating the process can be.
My goal for every consultation is to give you the strategies and tools you need to feel more confident working with the school.
Kelsey says...
"It's so nice to have an ally and feel more confident going into the meeting!
Linda says...
"Our session really helped us take the next steps in IEP verbiage and services being provided!

I'm so happy I decided to reach out for a consultation. I was so nervous, and now I feel like my feet are on the ground."
- We'll talk about the language in your child's IEP, why that language is important, and what you can do to change it.
- We'll review your child's goals, and I will make suggestions for changing or replacing those goals.
- Asking questions is a skill that every parent needs. I'll give you the confidence to ask those questions, even if you're not sure what to ask.

We will discuss placement, accommodations, and additional resources to continue learning.
