  • Preparing future educators to use high-tech AAC in their classrooms
  • Incorporating AAC in the curriculum and daily classroom routines
  • Choosing inclusive children’s books for classroom libraries
  • Implementing inclusive strategies for nonspeaking students
  • Creating a more accessible library for young Autistic students

Why choose Meghan to present for your organization?

Not your traditional workshop:

I am a former teacher, a neurodivergent parent of Autistic children, and a continuous learner.

Most of my education on autism doesn't come from a text book. It comes from the real experts on autism - Autistic people, themselves.

I regularly collaborate and present with my Autistic colleagues on topics related to AAC, inclusion, and accessibility.

I am passionate about helping educators support their Autistic students. This often means unlearning and rethinking what we've been taught about autism throughout our lives.

The great part about that is when we know better, we can do better!
